MEDIATION SERVICES

Throughout his years of experience Kenneth D. Brazle has been through many mediations, and is now using these years of experience to assist other attorneys and their clients as a mediator. Ken Listens to each side completely, maintains the confidentiality of both sides, and uses his experience and knowledge of the law to help parties work out a fair arrangement that allows the parties to finalize their case and avoid the cost and time involved with attending court for contested litigation.

PRE AND POST MARITAL AGREEMENTS

WILLS

While not the most pleasant subject to talk about with someone you plan to marry or are married top, there are many instances when a premarital agreement is necessary to establish and preserve the property and financial rights of each spouse in the event of a divorce or untimely death. Likewise, many times during marriages, a post marital agreement can be beneficial for financial planning or for transferring title to assets. Let our firm assist you with these documents.

A will is essential for everyone, no matter how large their estate, to ensure their assets are protected and pass to those they choose. If you don’t have a will, we will work with you to draft one whose terms are explicit and that has the best chance of holding up through probate. If you have a will but haven’t updated it, we can help to bring it up to date.

After a loved one passes, disputes sometimes arise over the handling of the estate. When issues arise in probate concerning the terms of a will, we will work expeditiously while protecting your best interests in a will contest.

REAL ESTATE LAW
